Our customer is a Scandinavian MedTech company developing and commercializing innovative materials for bone regeneration. The company focuses on providing solutions that reduce the need for multiple surgeries, shorten hospital stays, and improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager (f/m/x) to further expand the company’s business activities in Austria.

Sales Manager Austria (f/m/x)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

• Develop the Austrian market
• Design and execute strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue 
• Educate and persuade potential and existing users on the benefits and uniqueness of the company and its products
• Engage directly with customers, including visits to operating theatres
• Support medical staff in product usage / product training
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of successful sales experience, ideally in orthopedics or related areas
• Confident in navigating hospital structures and engaging with diverse stakeholders 
• Knowledge of the market, including university hospitals 
• Well-connected within the orthopedic community; experience in trauma and extremities is a plus
• Willingness to be in the field
• Fluent in German, with strong English communication skills

The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 70,000 with an additional performance-related bonus and a willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
