The company is seeking to recruit a results-driven, self-motivated Director of Sales Operations. The sales director is expected to play a key role in the company's revenue development and future growth. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the CEO.
We are looking for a highly experienced dealmaker and partner alliance leader with experience in identifying, managing, negotiating and closing contracts worldwide. You will lead and manage all aspects relating to both our partners and the entire sales process of
IBAS GBF –
Global Banking Factory, from lead qualification through to service launch.
You will be a valuable contributor to the company’s marketing and sales strategy and perform an important role within our management team.
The role demands the respect of your partners and colleagues, so it requires you to have key senior management attributes, including leadership, motivation, and ownership of relationships and projects. Being a strong team player, you are a professional with great attention to detail, as well as having a strong ability to see the bigger picture.
In addition, you will thrive under pressure, coordinating actions across different business functions and cultures. This role requires strong financial and analytical skills, with a good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
The job scope:
- Be responsible for our sales activities and making the deals/sales
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and sales of our banking application systems
- Identify, structure and manage sales alliance partners worldwide
- Structure, negotiate and close significant and complex deals
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- Effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with finance, legal, sales, marketing and development teams
- Member of CBA’s senior management team
Below is the ideal candidate profile, if you meet some or all the criteria, we`d like to hear from you:
- Good knowledge of, and exposure to, the banking and/or finance sector
- A proven track record in dealing with clients’ senior management level
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex contracts worldwide
- Good understanding of the software delivery and implementation process
- Partner-focused, proactive and effective within a team environment
- Excellent presentation, communication and consultative selling skills
- Strong team player combined with entrepreneurial skills and the ability of building and maintaining trusting relationships
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to travel as required
