Xllnc is a leading supplier of IT LCM solutions for large Corporations in the Nordics.
In Our Sales Department, we are now looking to hire a Sales manager With Workspace in Sandefjord, Norway.
Your Role:
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation of our sales department, that includes Workspace and Xllnc Value Recovery.
It is expected that you will take on the account manager responsibility for certain existing customers and potential new ones,
making this Sales Manager role an operative role and not just an administrative position.
You will be leading a team of 5 resources; 2 resources in Workspace, 2 resources in Value Recovery and one additional resource for Workspace that is yet to be hired.
The Sales Manager role has the budget responsibility for the revenue and EBIT for the sales department.
What are we looking for?
As Sales Manager you will have to interact with customers that consists of several large Norwegian Enterprises as well as internal colleagues and resources.
So, it is safe to say that your communications skills must be excellent and that you can see solutions as opposed to problems.
You must be proficient in Norwegian and English, both in writing and orally.
It is no drawback if you have experience in negotiating contracts with larger companies, but not a requirement.
It is expected that you will assist the management team with necessary reporting and budgeting.
