Due to the recent opening of our Oslo office, we are looking for highly qualified individuals that will make up the core of our office team.
As Country Manager you will be a member of the management team for the Oslo office. You will help the expansion and consolidation of the business in the Nordic countries, strengthen the coordination with local and global regulators and supervisors (ECB, etc.) and work directly in coordination with the global managers of the firm.
A deep understanding of the financial industry and/or the Oil & Gas industry along with extensive knowledge of the local regulation of the previously mentioned sectors is required. You should have both execution and management skills and should provide contacts that will facilitate growth for our clients and business relationship model in the four Nordic countries with special focus in Oslo.

Required qualifications and skills
- 6-8 years’ experience in Business Consulting for the Financial industry in Nordic countries (NO, FI, SE, DK)
- Knowledge and specific experience in Risk, Finance and Transformation (organisation, processes and IT)
- Graduate in a discipline related to Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Engineering / Mathematics, preferred. Postgraduate studies or specialised courses, an asset
- Extended experience in team management, leadership skills
- Client orientation. Proven sales and negotiation experience, good client relationships
- Deep knowledge of the Nordic financial market
- Integrates easily into multidisciplinary teams
- Willing to travel
- Native in Norwegian, fluent English, Spanish an asset
