Our customer Yara is in urgent need of a Project PMO and Communication Assistant who, under the supervision of the Project Manager, will carry out the following tasks:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall implementation of the project
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the activities of the consultants and internal project participants and contributors
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the implementation of the project with EBS and Units in scope
- Assist the Project Manager in convening and reporting periodically on the status of the project to the Owner’s Committee (OC)
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the progress of the project
- Assist the Project Manager in updating relevant information on SharePoint and Teams
- Assign working tasks and action needed to participants through Planner and DevOps (to be further agreed)
- Drive and organize weekly meetings with relevant workstream owners and leads
- Assist the Project Manager in making a communication plan
- Actively communicate with Units in scope, for preparation and execution
- Actively coordinate actions and efforts with Business Process Manager, Change Manager, local Change Manager and Test Manager
- Assist the Project to prepare necessary Slide Deck for presentations and OC meetings
- Be available for potential travels if required
- Support on closure of the project
- Take necessary Minute of Meetings from various meetings when requested
- Other tasks might be added
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferable Master in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, Project Management, Business or other related fields'
- Knowledge in office software packages (MS project, SharePoint, Teams, DevOps and MS Office).
