Reseller Marketing Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reseller Marketing Specialist within the Bose Global Channel Marketing organization. We are looking for a reseller marketing specialist to manage and execute marketing strategy that unlock growth opportunities with a selection of our key retail partners throughout Europe.
The Channel Marketing Team strives to be best-in-class ecommerce and channel marketing partners to our reseller customers in delivery of plans focused on conversion optimization, innovation, shopper insights and omnichannel expertise. In this role, you will collaborate with the Reseller team to build and execute reseller digital & in-store strategies and plans across a set of designated reseller partners.
It is crucial that you can work and motivate yourself in a global environment with long distance management. A high level of self-drive is required. The main part of internal communication is emails and Teams-meetings.
Primary responsibilities and tasks
- Execute against Global Sales and Digital Marketing corporate goals and priorities.
- Align reseller strategies with Bose strategic imperatives.
- Identify reseller-specific opportunities based on business, shopper insight and online marketing insights.
- Develop and execute marketing assets to implement activations of reseller marketing plans in key consideration and conversion moments, according to marketing plans for Europe
- Report on reseller plans and strategies including key initiatives, performance and investment plans. Deliver key reseller insights that may inform marketing approaches
- Ensure accurate and timely new product launch execution across channels, creating best practice omni channel approach with focus on growing digitally.
- Manage & execute effectively including assessment & gap analysis, business driver identification, and insight application. Ensure report-out and KPI performance
- Identify Reseller shopper and digital insights and share with functional team
- Develop effective working relationships with Reseller Team, Marketing SMEs and Reseller partners to plan and execute effectively.
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of retail marketing / channel marketing / digital marketing experience or related discipline
- Experience in working with cross functional teams to achieve common targets
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders within a Global / European organization, preferably within a matrix organisation
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media communication is required, including experience with relevant tools
- Knowledge about the consumer electronic industry is a plus
- Native Norwegian speaker, proficient in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required

Since major clients and other business relations are located in or near Oslo, you should preferably live around Oslo/Akershus, and work from home.
Limited travel activities in Nordics/Europe.
