As Consignor continues to grow, so does the size of our customers and the complexity of the projects we undertake to implement and serve them. Until now, customer projects have been delivered locally by our technical consultant staff with guidance and supervision from the local Operations Manager. This model works well with smaller customers, but does not work equally well towards larger, cross border enterprise customers. The local model lends little potential for pooling resources across markets or adopting best practices across business units. We have therefore decided to create a new department called Professional Services to strengthen our capabilities in this area.
