We are now looking to expand our organization with a Business Project Manager. Euroclear Sweden is undergoing large projects derived from the harmonization of Swedens financial infrastructure with the rest of Europe. In order to meet these current and future changes we are looking for a person taking a key role working with Euroclears internal organizational project management.
In this role, you will take the lead in driving complex projects across multiple functions, applying agile and design thinking principles to enable and continuously improve the operating model that best fits the needs of our business. You will be working simultaneously with multiple projects which require a capacity for overviewing complex plans with lots of interdependencies, excel at driving and effecting change even where there will be resistance. The Business Project Manager also have a solid technical foundation to stand on which enables them to understand the challenges that the program should solve.

At the core of our ethos is a mindset of continuous improvement, and it is against this background that we are driving an ongoing modernisation and we foresee a number of large business and technology projects coming up. In this role you will report to the Chief Business Officer at Euroclear Sweden.
Your responsibility:
- Leading and driving adoption of new processes and technology across Platform Implementation
- Design and Implementation of change management framework for an internal change programme
- Close cooperation with multiple functions in securing a continuously improvement of our delivery performance through the optimization of our methodologies, tools and processes
- Working with stakeholders both internal and external, including clients and authorities, to understand market needs and help to shape and execute the roadmap accordingly
- Risk management, document management and change control for projects under your responsibility
- Conducting operational impact assessments, presenting findings to key stakeholders and management
Your profile:
- 7+ years’ experience of in successfully managing large business and technology projects by time-plan and budget
- Experience from delivering projects focused on capital markets
- Experience from working in the financial sector, especially one of the large Swedish banks
- Eperience from working at a consultancy firm with projects in the financial market
- Knowledge of the post-trade market, cash flows, Swift or API
- Constructive and collaborative and with ability to simplify complex challenges via a pragmatic approach
- Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable navigating within a large network of people at various levels in a group organisation
- Have fluent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
