Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement HUB North Europe, you will be part of our regional team and working closely with our team members and different businesses in Norway.
Your responsibilities;
- Jump into our talent acquisition change journey and with your recruiting expertise identify, source, and hire the best and the brightest talents in the market to ABB.
- Master locally our global processes and partner with our internal teams and businesses to strategically think outside the box to fill our open positions.
- Aim for outstanding customer experience by seamlessly and with high-quality supporting our hiring managers and candidates through the process.
- Leverage your previous experiences and amaze our business with data, market insights and consultative guidance to assure spot on sourcing of candidates.
- Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with business, internal teams, and hiring managers to secure smooth change journey and hiring process.
Your background;
- Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time.
- Minimum 5 year experience in world of recruitment. In this role you will be working as senior, strategic talent partner.
- Strong influencing and convincing skills. Core of our work is true partnership with business and internal HR teams.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, fluency in English and Norwegian. Sharing is caring about our business, candidates and colleagues.
- Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Following experiences would be considered as a plus: working in a big multinational company or/and having project management/team lead background.
