Holzweiler is looking for a Chief Operating Officer
Since its establishment in 2014, Holzweiler has had a strong, profitable, and sustainable development. Four collections are developed (mens and womens wear), including accessories per year, in addition to various corporate programs, deliveries of NOS products and collections in connection with various projects. About. 60% of production currently takes place in Europe and 40% in Asia. There has been an increase in margins in 2020 and 2021, compared with previous years. Holzweiler is experiencing increasing brand awareness outside Norway, which provides a basis for international growth potential.
Holzweiler has ambitions for further growth, in Norway and internationally. That is why we are now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a newly established position. The right candidate will have the overall responsibility for monitoring and laying the foundation for our financial and strategic investments, as well as operational operations. We are looking for you, based on financial analyzes, will work strategically and purposefully. You have a solid economic and financial background, combined with a strong communication ability that creates commitment to development and growth. The position will work closely with, as well as report directly to the CEO, who is the owner and CEO of the company.
Some key tasks & responsibilities
• Continuously develop and streamline the value chain, from purchasing to delivery at the customer / store.
• Lay the foundation for financial and strategic decisions / investments, and develop the organization in line with this
• Calculations and profitability analyzes
• Develop, set clear structure and systems in the organization

Wanted qualifications
• Higher relevant education at Master's level in economics / finance
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience
• Experience from restructuring processes and business improvements, and can point to good results
• Management experience
• Strong in English, written and oral
