The solution they are building does not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection.
What your role will be
You are a technical guru. Handling IT equipment, office networks, software tools and licensing will be your focus. You will ensure internal IT is secure and easy to use. Your daily routine will be integral to enabling your colleagues to function smoothly. These tasks will include: setting up and maintaining office equipment like networks, printers and conference room accessories. You will also support IT onboarding/offboarding processes and help your fellow colleagues with IT related issues and queries. You will manage user accounts, licenses and subscriptions in the online tools and subscriptions used within the company. Your tasks will apply to all offices and you will be required to visit locations for physical installations, when needed.
Part of the team
As IT Support Engineer you belong to the internal IT team that is a part of the infrastructure branch of our engineering department. Your team works closely with People & Culture and other infrastructure teams. You will report to the Head of Infrastructure.
