Join our Customer Development team in Malmö and make an impact as our new Solutions Engineer by designing the perfect solution for each of our valued customers in collaboration with the Commercial team and the Tech-team here at Pej. Act as a bridge between these teams and leverage your technical expertise to implement Pej products and facilitate projects on Pej product integrations in our customers’ systems. Use your technical problem-solving skills and creativity to develop scripts and other tools for the Customer Development team, and additionally, be a trusted advisor taking responsibility for the effective communication of our platform to our customers. This will include, documenting your solutions and workarounds to common customer issues and assist your team with technical service requests.

We digitalize the traditional ordering process and change the way consumers order and pay and furthermore, take self-ordering to the next level using our app, web, or kiosk application. You are a technically interested, analytical problem solver and can communicate effectively about technology with technical and non-technical people alike. You have worked in a technical role and are interested in working closely with customers. As our Solutions Engineer you will take ownership and responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to grow and develop with the role.

Skills and Experience Requirements
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience of working in a similar technical role
- Experience in a customer facing role, such as project lead
- Knowledge of setting up API-integrations and/or working with network setups
- Fluent in English both in speech and writing
- Have analytical and troubleshooting (problem solving) skills
- Hold a high school diploma
Good to have
- Experience of implementing an IT-solution, either internally or at a customer
- Have worked in a sales or proactive customer support role
- Experience in development or writing scripts
- Good knowledge of Swedish
- Hold a European driver’s licence (B)

This recruitment is being carried out by a cooperation between Pej and Barona. The position is a full-time permanent position, starting with a probationary period of 6 months.
