On behalf of our client we are seeking a Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator.
In this role you will be responsible for recruiting of engineers, specialists and experienced professionals, together with university relations.
As Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator, you will support the Senior Digital Recruiter and work closely with HR and Management. You will contribute with recruitment of experienced professional within the digital technology space.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source and attract experienced digital professionals using proactive sourcing techniques and their professional network.
- Utilize social media tools including LinkedIn, GitHub etc. to engage with potential candidates
- Represent the client professionally at recruiting activities including career fairs and interviews either on-site or virtually.
- Acts as a first point of contact for new recruits. Manage candidates through the interview process and keep them informed along the way.
- Conduct screening interviews with representatives of the business groups and refer screened candidates for further consideration.
- Helps develop and shape our EVP, recruitment strategy, talent acquisition technology stack and supports the company's positive candidate experience initiatives
- Help coach and develop new and existing team members/stakeholders.
- Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
- Comply with the clients Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines
Educational/technical background:
- Experience within recruitment within technology.
- Experience from relevant industry such as Digital/SW, Recruiting or Energy.
- Fluent English and Norwegian skills.
- Good general computer skills, office.
