We are searching for a
Part time Marketing assistant for our office located in Bratislava, Slovakia. This job is suitable for marketing enthusiasts in the beginning of their careers, as well as for students, as it comes with the possibility to work remotely (within Slovakia).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
First things first... Let us shortly introduce ourselves. Barona Finland is a personnel agency focused on helping international specialists from various countries to join leading companies in such fields as the
metal industry, logistics, construction, the food industry and services in
Finland, Sweden and Norway. Our team has over 10 members from Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Russia, Romania or Estonia.
You will be working in Slovak office together with our always smiling HR Coordinators Andrea and Nela, which will be there for you in case you will need any help. When it comes to marketing, you will be cooperating closely with our talented colleague Maria responsible for international marketing, as well as other colleagues from Finland and Poland (we can tell you more about them later on :) ).
And you? Your role will be consisting mainly of:
- Building and developing our company image online and on social media - producing content and visuals for our webpage and Facebook page.
- Creating engaging content for our blog.
- Managing our online presence and community in Social Media - scheduling and managing regular posts, responding to followers, and growing our community.
- Planning and running paid ads on Facebook and Google.
- Creating catchy job advertisements and posting them on different channels and job portals.
- Employer branding activities
- Cooperating with marketing teams from our local offices as well as from our main office in Finland
- Possibility to use your imagination and creativity for planning remote teambuildings for our international team :)

REQUIREMENTS:
We are searching for an entry-level marketer or a student (preferred field of studies - marketing, communications, social media) with a passion, creative ideas and willingness to gain one of the first working experiences in multinational team.
The qualities which you could use at your work:
- Some experience/theoretical knowledge about creating text and visual content for a blog, website and our social media
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads tool
- Ability to create simple graphics (for example in Canva)
- Fluent Slovak (C2) and English (at least B2), other languages are only plus : )
- Ability to see the things out of the box
- Willingness to cooperate, but in the same time ability to work independently
- Interest in Employer branding
- Friendly attitude and sense of humor are always plus as well :)
