Job Description
- Responsible for discipline resources, planning, deliverables, scope definition, task priorities and quality
- Prepare design data for estimation, planning and procurement in FEED and implementation
- Perform system analyzes and calculations within load, short circuit and dimensioning
- Technical specification and follow-up of purchasing packages
- Estimation and preparation of work documents.
- Ensure alignment with Company’s discipline line organization
- Handle all relevant engineering matters related to the electrical disciplin
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience from offshore project execution with focus on early phase electrical power system design and development.
- Experience from defining requirements for equipment, creating a technical basis for the equipment
- Multi-Discipline understanding
- Being technically responsible for purchasing equipment and quality checking documentation and equipment.
- Experience from preparing design documentation, performing site inspections, evaluating type and suppliers, evaluating installation method, and creating documentation for installation.
- NORSOK is an advantage, but not a requirement.

- Have good communication skills with a good understanding of the interaction and complexity of a modification project.
- Ability to work independently as well being a good team player.
- Be systematic and accurate.
- Have a high loyalty to deadlines and be proactive.
