The position is new and will lead the delivery of an end to end recruitment function to stakeholders in the Nordic. The position holder will design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps in supply and demand), in close cooperation with the local HR teams in Norway, Sweden and Finland, and the global HR team located in Germany.
Location: Kungalv ( Sweden), Porsgrunn, Stavanger ( Norway) or Provoo ( Finland)
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with business line/unit leaders to research and design a consistent recruitment strategy
- Act as a point of contact for all cross regional resourcing issues
- Implement monitoring systems to ensure cost targets are met and suggest improvement
- Lead initiatives to increase the size of the candidate talent pool
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Build and Manage our Preferred Supplier List improving the quality and consistency of our candidate pipeline
- Builds relationships with targeted Universities and Schools and Participate in Career/job fairs
- Advise hiring managers/HR on interviewing techniques and processes
- Monitors the labour legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Participate actively in Nordics Resource Network Group
- Participate actively in Bilfinger’s global recruitment network
- Develops recruiting expertise within HR and the Business teams
Skills Experience
- Experienced Recruiter capable of building local/regional recruiting strategy in addition to being hands on operationally
- Recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment environment preferred
- Proven understanding of the market and its key drivers
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, creative and adaptable to change and manage multiple priorities
- Established negotiation and influencing skills advantageous
- Team player
- Business fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English
