On behalf of our client we're searching for an Aftermarket project manager
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for a defined group of clients, supporting subsea pump and compressor systems, swivel systems or multiphase meters.
- Responsible for proactive follow-up of clients, providing aftermarket services. Dialogue with the client, quotation work, approval of purchase orders.
- Close collaboration with our resource planner and field engineers. Briefing and debriefing of field personnel related to missions. Technical follow up in collaboration with technical experts.
- Organise and plan onshore and offshore mobilization of field personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring that reports are issued after completed jobs, and that drawings and documents are updated.
- Responsible for creating, follow-up and completion of sales orders, and timely handover of complete material to finance for invoicing.
- Overview of cost recognition allocated to sales orders. Financial responsibility for sales orders according to quoted work.
- Follow up and execution of service agreements.
- Technical and commercial support of client requests.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc with a background in process, mechanics, automation, electronics/ instrumentation or similar.
- Experience from the oil and gas industry is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- PC literate, proficient in MS office.
- Good knowledge of English.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of subsea production systems.
- In-depth knowledge with respect to design, installation and operation of delivered equipment.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interface with customers and 3rd party vendors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge in basic PC applications (MS word, Excel, PPT etc.).
- Experience using SAP is preferred, but not required.
