Are you a gifted marketing and sales professional, who can set the direction and execute the Milk Based Beverages ambition in Norway? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Senior Commercial Manager. You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands. This is a role where you will drive the daily business and build strong brands and bring new innovations to the marketplace.
You will report directly to MBB Commercial Director International Toke Rasmussen (in Denmark) and your base will be with our local organization in Oslo, Norway.
About the role?
As Senior Commercial Manager you will be operationally responsible for business establishment and business execution. Whilst you have an immediate KPI of delivering the results pursuant to the MBB Norway ambitions; you will also focus on the development for the future. In brief, your job spans commercial strategies, campaign concepts, budget management, customer insights, local strategies proposals and reporting.
Your prime objectives will be to obtain, establish and execute marketing and sales plans based on local category insight into consumers, shoppers, customers, channels and competitors. You drive the annual business plans and have P&L impact for your area within MBB which involve brands like Starbucks® Iced coffee and Cocio®.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe you have a minimum of 3-5 years as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or Key account in the beverage category of an international FMCG company with well-known brands and possess a B.Sc./MSc. in Marketing, Business Economics or similar.
This background has given you the skills to bring our products to market and drive well-known con-sumer brands like Starbucks® Iced coffee to further success. You excel in the relationship building dis-cipline and thrive in the role as initiator and the mastermind behind your marketing and sales activi-ties. Moreover, you have an open and positive mindset, a communicative behavior and proficiency in written and spoken English. If you have experience with beverages it will be seen as an advantage.
