Key Account Manager Foodservice
Are you a highly motivated individual looking to expand your career? We are currently looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual for our Mowi Team at our sales entity Mowi Germany.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Self-reliant development and implementation of sales activities
- Designing plans and developing market and customer strategies to meet sales targets
- Pricing and working with tenders
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, economic changes or changes in the industry that may affect customer performance and operational efficiency
- Prepare sales reports, data analysis and KPI’s to follow up and secure price performance per customer
- Work on prospecting new customers and have a pipeline to grow the business
- Sales of our products and giving new ideas to customer
- Workshops with customers
- Participation in Trade Fairs
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in sales within the Seafood industry as a Key
- Account Manager / Sales Manager
- Experiences in salmon raw material trade
- Fluent knowledge of the English and German languages
- Customer-oriented working
- High level of communication skills
- Willing to travel
- Curious to understand consumers and customers and latest trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Result driven, with the ability to respond to new demands, priorities, and challenges
