As a Business Analyst in Pernod Ricard Norway you will be a part of an international company with globally known brands. In this position, you will be able to influence, challenge and make an impact in a company with decentralized structure. You will be responsible to maintain and develop the tools included in our reporting infrastructure, monitor, analyse and recommend actions based on the evolution in sales channels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that efficient internal controls are put in to monitor key areas in our affiliate. In this position you will provide sales and marketing with information and analysis for decision making related to annual budget and 3-year plan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quarterly volume forecasting process for on and off trade
- Support in A&D/A&P budgeting and tracking of costs, including coding and calculation
- Super user in CRM system (Super Office) and provide internal training if needed
- Management of the CRM system, including customer updates, contracts, and discount calculations
- Support the Sales team in customer analysis, contract proposals, and contract monitoring.
- Support Marketing & Finance with tracking of test listings/tenders and optimise pricing in relation to competitor prices.
- Responsible for monthly tracking of annual KPIs of the Sales team
- Develop reporting tools for monthly Sales & Marketing reporting in Power pivot/Power BI based on sales, profit and distribution by brand/customer for both on and off trade
- Manage the monthly Marketing report in collaboration with the Brand Managers
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring any issues are flagged in a timely manner
Required skills and experience
- Business degree at University level
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English and/or one of the Scandinavian languages
- Strong PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Proven experience with Power Pivot in Excel and Power BI
- Analytic
- Work well in a team environment and manage to take responsibility
- Entrepreneurial and proactive
