KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS FOR FRANCE AND GERMANY
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Asolvi has an outstanding career opportunity for two successful Key Account Managers, based out of our Oslo, Norway office covering either France or Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy individual who will work to develop Asolvi. This position requires frequent contact with colleagues, customers, prospects and partners.
DUTIES OF THE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Achieving the personal budget and goals.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Networking with other relevant organizations, partners and customers in order to generate new business for Asolvi.
- Scan all parts of the market in order to generate new leads.
- Participating and leading progress of local market activities.
- Initiate any need of continual training.
- Attending key meetings with colleagues and customers.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Mapping the national focus market (key industries, incl. relevant players, and competitors).
- Attending monthly meetings with colleagues.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Fluent (native) in French or German language.
- Target driven.
- High activity level.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong “leadership” skills and an ability to inspire colleagues.
- Positive spirit.
- Ability to travel to “home market” regularly.
BACKGROUND OF THE KAM’s
- Previous experience successfully managing and fulfilling personal budget ideally from a similar industry (pref. software/service management).
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
