Interim HR Manager
The Norwegian production site within The Quartz Corporation (TQC) is located in Drag in Nordland. The facility comprises both mining and production facilities. A total of 70 people are employed at the location.
In order to support organizational and operational development and change within the Norwegian organization, we are now looking for an Interim HR Manager.
One of the main tasks for this positions is to identify initiatives and programs to embed the TQC values and behaviors throughout the Norwegian workforce – creating an environment whereby employees feel valued, motivated and engaged in supporting sustainable business performance.
The position is a project based and time limited position with a duration of 9-12 months. The location will be a combination of the Drag facilities and the Oslo headquarters. To be able to incorporate the desired development, a major part of the work has to be carried out at Drag. Due to the complexity of the mandate, we believe that thorough people management experience and seniority are valuable competences with the successful candidate.
