We are looking for a Business Manager to lead the daily business of TOMRA Collection Solutions’ digital consumer services globally. Central in the role will be to lead the expansion of myTOMRA globally; including development and ownership of internal and external business models, business processes, partnerships and communication.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Run the daily business of myTOMRA and at any time other consumer services offered by TOMRA Collection Solution Digital
- Be myTOMRA´s champion and represent myTOMRA at internal events, customer events, fairs, PR activities and other
- Develop, own and implement the internal and external business model for myTOMRA across TOMRA Collection Solutions´s business units and customers
- Own the expansion strategy and execute the expansion of myTOMRA globally, making sure myTOMRA is a success for consumers, business units and business partners
- Establish global business processes, making the process of implementing myTOMRA in a market as hassle free as possible
- Establish and lead processes on monitoring the engagement and usability of myTOMRA using analytic tools
- Own the global engagement strategy across TOMRA Collection Solution´s Business Unit´s, juggling between centralized market self-service features and local needs
- Establish consumer communication tools for local marketing departments
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering or related technical disciplines
- Strong experience in strategic planning, demand planning, forecast analysis, and sales operations
- Understanding of strategic business objectives and ability to drive results towards those objectives
- Business minded – including experience with relevant tools and software
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision
- Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with senior business executives
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands
- Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis
