Brand Manager to international company in the cosmetic industry!

The Role

In the position as Brand Manger you will develop and manage a Product or group of products within the NPD process, respecting Size of Line restrictions and Regions specificities. Your mainly working tasks will be:

- Keeping the timings on the projects and developing them through the NPD Process.
- Read trends
- Identify consumer insights
- Build consumers concepts,
- Product and communication briefings
- Boosting brand business KPIs

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are graduated from university with a relevant degree in marketing or similar, we would also like to see that you have 1-3 years work experience as a Brand Manager in cosmetic industry or FMCG. You have documented experience in working within Business orientation, strategic thinking and is used to take responsibility for being connected and knowing how to read trends in order to transform them into products opportunity. You are used to independent work and is also fluent in English, written and orally. The work environment is fast moving and entrepreneurial. Plans are frequently adjusted, and you need to be flexible and able to adapt. Moreover we searching for a person who is curious and creative with ha huge passion for cosmetics!
