The role will have a broad range of responsibilities. The role is highly independent and operative. Areas of responsibilities includes budgeting and forecasting, monitoring revenues, pricing NEXT’s products, calculating Cost of Goods Sold, inventory planning, Purchase Order Processes, monitoring Research and Development Projects, key contact in audit.
The role will be operative and work close with sales and operations, as well as with accounting, and with legal. The role reports to CFO. Other key persons the employee interacts with includes the Group’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer.
You have more than 5 years of experience in auditing and controlling activities preferable in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated financial planning and analysis skills are critical. You have creative ability to construct both standardized and special “one-time” reporting presentations to convey the results of operations and associated drivers of performance and variance. Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with practical judgment and realistic understanding of the issues involved. We also believe you have a master’s degree in finance or business.
We are looking for someone who is strong analytical with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You can translate complex business results into crisp, concise summaries for various audience levels and are comfortable with executive interaction and presentations. On any given day you will manage multiple project and need to be able to apply appropriate prioritization. You’ll help to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. So, it is important that you also can thoroughly go into the details when necessary.
You must be comfortable with leading a team and can demonstrate effective team leadership and team membership skills. The job will entail some travels, so it is necessary that you can find time for this in your calendar.
